The hotel is perfectly situated for us in the old town of Benidorm, near to all the Tapas bars. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and located on higher floors with fully functioning air conditioning. The staff is friendly and helpful, although tours/ticket assistance is available. The dining options were included with all options available. The hotel facilities are fantastic, right in the old town near to all the Tapas bars.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was just perfect, situated right in the heart of the old town of Benidorm, close to the beach and surrounded by everything you need. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, and the service was top-notch. However, the dining options left a bit to be desired. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor drawbacks.
